Use of the App

LogPoint is designed to help users track business and personal vehicle trips. You are responsible for reviewing exported records and confirming they are suitable for your tax, accounting, or compliance needs.

Subscriptions and Hardware

Web Pro subscriptions and iBeacon hardware are sold through Stripe. In-app purchases are sold through Apple or Google. Hardware change-of-mind refunds are not offered once shipped, but your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.

Trip Accuracy

Automatic trip detection and GPS distance measurements depend on device permissions, hardware, operating system behavior, and connectivity. You should review recorded trips before relying on them.

Rewards

If rewards or coin features are available in your build, they are promotional in nature, may be changed or removed, and do not have cash value unless explicitly stated by LogPoint.
