Refund policy

LogPoint refunds and hardware returns.

All prices and refunds are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Pro subscriptions

Web Pro subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If LogPoint is not working out, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a full refund is issued.

Hardware

iBeacon hardware has the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If your iBeacon is faulty, we will replace it with a new one. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition, including remedies for a major failure.

App Store and Google Play

In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google and must be managed through the relevant store account.
