LogPoint refunds and hardware returns.

Pro subscriptions

Web Pro subscriptions have a 30-day change-of-mind refund window. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a full refund is issued.

Hardware

Hardware change-of-mind refunds are not offered once shipped. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply, including remedies for defective hardware or a major problem.

App Store and Google Play

In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google and must be managed through the relevant store account.
